Managing Director Of Insight Financial Associates, & The Insight Group Of Companies.
The Insight group of companies include Insight Financial Associates, Insight Mortgage Solutions and Foresight Estate Planning and Will Writing. Under Jason's leadership, Insight Financial Associates has become one of the largest premier IFA firms in East Anglia and continues to grow. There are now offices in Colchester, Harlow, Bromley, Wimbledon and Central London, with more in the pipeline.
Being the drive behind the development of the different services provided by Insight Financial Associates, Jason has implemented the different specialist areas Insight provide including: Insight4schools and Insight Corporate Solutions.

As a director, his diverse role within Insight includes all aspects of running and building a thriving business. Nick Howes
BST Supervisor
Nick Howes has worked within the financial services industry for over 23 years, joining Insight in 2010.
Nick is Supervisor to the Business Support Team at Insight. This role is vital to Insight’s vision of being renowned for the Client Service that we provide. The Team acts as the link between our Independent Financial Advisors and our clients, by dealing with all aspects of client contact, from arranging and confirming appointments, through to the preparation of information to present to clients and keeping our clients informed of the progress of their plans.

David Sinclair
PA To Mike Phillips
David Sinclair has worked within the financial services industry for over 9 years and joined Insight in 2011. David works as Personal Business Support for Mike Phillips, one of our senior advisors within the Insight group.
David assists Mike by organising his workload and communicating with clients on Mike's behalf. The role of Personal Business Support is very varied and demands a high level of professionalism to ensure clients receive a first class service from Insight.

Natalie Causton
PA To Paul Bryanton
Natalie Causton joined Insight in 2012, after working in the industry for over 11 years. Her role is that of Personal Business Support to one of Insights top advisors, Paul Bryanton.
On joining Insight Natalie worked as an administrator within the Business Support Team but her natural skills and abilities were recognised early on resulting in a promotion to Personal Business Support. She is able to bring her knowledge of Insight’s systems through working in the Business Support Team to her new role and help Paul organise his extremely busy workload. She is also paramount in maintaining the level of communication between Paul, providers and his clients.

Rebecca Green
Practice & Compliance Manager
Rebecca Green has worked within the financial services industry for 9 years and has been with Insight since 2007.
She has worked in the majority of departments within the company including mortgages, finance, compliance and administration. This knowledge and experience of Insight has led to her promotion to the role of Practice Manager in 2010. Rebecca oversees all aspects of running Insight Financial Associates, keeps a detailed account of finance and compliance, as well as manages the administrators and fellow managers within the team. Alongside this, Rebecca's role sees her managing various projects and ensures their successful delivery and timely completion.

Sharon Hollinger
Marketing & Communications Manager
Sharon Hollinger has been with Insight since 2004 as our Marketing Manager. She brings a wealth of experience and marketing knowhow to the company, having worked in the industry for 12 years.
As the Marketing Manager for the group, Sharon is responsible for managing the profile of all of our companies; she ensures our messages are delivered to the right people to grow our business, but most importantly assists the advisors to ensure our clients are at the heart of everything we do.
Sharon manages all of our internal and external events, and delivers these to the high standard which to those of you who have attended an Insight event will be aware of and will appreciate.

Sharon Inglis
Business Development Support
Sharon Inglis has been with Insight since 2000. She brings this experience of Insight to the Management Team in her role as Business Development Support.
This role sees a mix of responsibilities for Sharon: she assists the marketing team by maintaining websites and produces newsletters and client literature, to assisting our team of Business Development Coaches to support our full team of financial advisors. She ensures all advisors fulfil their obligations to their clients, maintain their qualification status and comply to all regulations within our industry.

Catherine Smith
Business Support Team & Operations Manager
Catherine Smith has worked within the financial industry for over 14 years and holds her FPC 1 & 2 qualifications, which gives her a wealth of knowledge and experience.
Catherine's role is that of Business Support Team and Operations Manager, which sees her managing the Personal and Administration Business Support Teams and assisting Rebecca Green, Practice Manager.
The role of managing these teams is a crucial one; Catherine ensures the high standards expected of the Teams are delivered on a daily basis. The Teams acts as the link between our advisors and our clients by dealing with all aspects of client care and attention.

Colin Kelly
ICT Manager
Colin Kelly joined as Insight's ICT Manager in 2012. Prior to this, Colin was Group IT director for an international chain of logistic companies, as well as pioneering a telecom company in Spain following the deregulation of the Spanish telecoms industry.
Colin's role is to manage and maintain all aspects of the ICT infrastructure and technologies within Insight and its associated companies, to enable the consistent and error free voice and data communications for all on and off-site personnel.

Jennie Warne
Compliance Administrator
Jennie Warne joined Insight in 2012 and has worked within the financial industry at a high level for over 35 years.
Jennie is a highly qualified individual who is a member of the Personal Finance Society. Her role at Insight is as Compliance Officer Support. This role is a vital aspect to the company, ensuring all members follow the strict guidelines implemented by Insight guaranteeing our clients the best experience of Insight.
Jennie previously worked within our Business Support Team and is therefore highly knowledgeable of our systems. She provides close support to our compliance officer, Antony Howard and our Practice Manager, Rebecca Green. Jurate Taskunaite
Head Of Finance
Jurate Taskunaite joined Insight in 2006. She works predominantly within the finance team and is therefore vastly knowledgeable in this area, and heads up the Finance Team under the Practice Manager.
Jurate is responsible for ensuring transactional records for the company are kept in full, and reports to the board on a regular basis with financial updates to ensure the smooth and effective running of the business. Jurate obviously has a good eye for detail and is driven to ensure that this role is carried out to the best of her ability.

Liz Smith
Finance Administrator
Liz works closely with Rebecca Green, helping her with the Insight accounts, ensuring invoices are paid and information on these maintained to a high standard. Furthermore, Liz is key to ensuring the smooth running of our offices by keeping a detailed eye on stationary stock and making orders and purchases as and when required.

Marketing Assistant
Natasha Howard has been with Insight since 2006 initially working within Insight Mortgage Solutions, Natasha now is involved across the Insight group of companies working as an assistant within the marketing team.
Natasha’s role sees her assisting Sharon Hollinger with all events and client management, providing Sharon with the information and figures she needs to produce the work required. Furthermore Natasha is key in helping ensure that all aspects of marketing are covered including meeting all regulation requirements.

Belinda Heal
Receptionist
Belinda joined Insight in 2012 as the receptionist of the Insight Group based at our Norwich branch.
Belinda delivers a first class service to all visitors to Insight, whether this be in person or by telephone. She ensures our reception area and meeting rooms are warm and inviting for clients, providers and staff and assists in running seminars within the company.

Rosemarie Blackthorn
Marketing Assistant
Rosemarie Blackthorn is a member of the Insight Marketing Team since joining Insight in 2010.
She is the copywriter for Insight. She writes the copy for the websites and other promotional literature. Rosemarie supports the Marketing Manager to ensure the smooth running of the Marketing Department across the whole group.

Sharon Rose is a member of the Insight Finance Team and has worked at Insight since 2002. Sharon has worked within the administration team since joining and brings with her a wealth of experience from her 26 years within the industry.
She offers support to all areas of administration; her main role being the reconciliation of advisor accounts and assisting with the smooth running of the financial department.

Marlene Stringue
Administrator
Marlene Stringue has worked for Insight since 2010 within the administration team.
Marlene's role is varied; she assists in most areas of the team including new business, compliance and finance. She is also responsible for the companies' Health and Safety responsibilities, she ensures all regulations are adhered to and documentation maintained; keeping staff safe at all times.

Nicky is a valued member of the Administration Team and joined Insight in 2010. Karen Bronze
Senior BST Member
Karen Bronze joined Insight in 2008 after being in the legal profession for 10 years. Karen plays a vital role within Insight as our Senior Business Support Team Administrator.
Karen is one of our more experienced members of the team, her previous role within Insight was that of Personal Business Support and she is therefore able to use that knowledge and relate this to her current role. Karen provides enhanced support to any new advisors joining Insight and also works closely with our Practice Manager, Rebecca Green in providing training to other members of staff and assistance in completing projects that arise, to enhance the successful operation of Insight. She demonstrates excellent time management skills and is able to organise and deliver her workload meeting specified deadlines and objectives.

Mandy Jones

Mandy Jones has worked within the financial industry for over 26 years in banks and leading companies and she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience since joining Insight in 2011. Mandy also gained her FPC and CeMap qualifications and is a qualified financial advisor.
Mandy is a member of The Business Support Team, she provides administration services to our Independent Financial Advisors. This role is pressurised as work is produced to deadlines on a daily basis ensuring our advisors have the necessary documentation to provide their clients with the high level of service. Tabitha Sadler joined Insight in 2012 as a member of the Business Support Team.

Chris Grimmer joined Insight in 2010. Chris is the Personal Business Support for Ian Green and Daniel Appleton, two of our senior advisors. Chris has recently undertaken and successfully passed two industry exams: RO1 and RO3, making him one of our most qualified Support Staff.

Anna Racher

Anna Racher brings over 7 years financial services experience to Insight, joining us in 2010. Anna has achieved her CF2 qualification and an ICA Advanced Certificate in Compliance. She works as Personal Business Support to Nicky Kita and Barrie Nunn.
On joining Insight, Anna was heavily involved in the structuring of the companies Business Support Team department before moving into our compliance department and onto a Business Support role. Sorcia O'Neill has over 12 years experience within the financial services industry and joined Insight in 2011. She works as Personal Business Support to Brian O'Neill and Haidee Littler.
It is imperative that Sorcia is able to organise both Brian and Haidee's extensive workload and ensures their deadlines are met, whilst producing work of a high standard. Sorcia demonstrates great time management skills and being based in our Colchester branch is also responsible for maintaining the day to day tasks it takes to run a busy office. Furthermore, with Brian forming part of the insight Management Team, Sorcia also takes on more responsibility to ensure he is able to fulfil his Business Development Coach role.

Rachel Provan

Rachel Provan has been with Insight since 2007. She brings the wealth of experience gained from working in the industry for over 24 years, to her role as Personal Business Support to Chris Macey and Jason Knights, two of Insight’s senior consultants.
Rachel has worked in various departments in Insight, ranging from administration to a key role within the Business Support Team and now Personal Business Support. Supporting two advisors takes great skill; time management needs to be key and Rachel demonstrates this clearly in her approach to her work. She is responsible for ensuring all client files are produced to a high standard as well as completing daily administration tasks. Furthermore Rachel plays a key role in client communication, ultimately providing the best overall service to Chris’ and Jason’s clients.

Clare Ward
Personal Business Support To David Welsh
Clare Ward joined Insight in 2013. In total Clare has over 15 years experience within the financial sector. With a background in banking and prior roles supporting IFAs, she is able to utilise her knowledge in her new role as Personal Business Support to one of our more experienced advisors, David Welsh.
To help Clare through her training period she was a member within the Business Support Team for a short while before developing into her role as Personal Business Support. She has joined Insight at an exciting time as we have also introduced a new IT system of which she will be utilising to best suit her role and assist David in providing a top class service to his clients.

Joshua Guinness
Client Co-ordinator
Joshua Guinness joined Insight in 2012 as a Client Co-ordinator for Ian Green, Jason Knights and Daniel Appleton. Josh brings with him over 2 years experience in roles similar to this and being our primary client co-ordinator, he has helped the company start the formation of this new department.
His role involves a number of different aspects, including being the vital link between financial advisors and their clients to ensure that review meetings are held on a regular basis and assisting the advisors with the processes involved when dealing with their new clients. Joshua prides himself on his commitment to client service and satisfaction.

Dora Kibler
Client Co-ordinator
Dora Kibler has worked for Insight since 2007. Her role is as Client Co-Ordinator for Steve Kibler.
She is responsible for maintaining the link between Steve and his clients, she manages his diary and helps to ensure that Insight's proposition guidelines are met. She gives Steve's clients complete reassurance in the knowledge their financial wellbeing is key.

Natalie Chambers
PA To Jason Howard
Natalie Chambers joined Insight in 2003.
When Natalie joined us she worked within the administration team, quickly working her way up to the New Business department running this very successfully for a number of years before being promoted to Personal Assistant to the Managing Director.
As you can imagine, being the PA to Jason Howard requires a vast set of skills from Natalie especially as Jason plays a key role throughout all of the Insight Groups. With her experience in financial services, Natalie’s main role is to maintain the link between advisor and client, diary management for Jason and helping him ensure that our proposition guidelines are met.
Natalie finds that she is often at the forefront of new initiatives within the company and therefore is one of our more experienced PA’s who shares her knowledge and helps guide newer members of the team.

Suzannah Geraghty
PA To Antony Howard
Suzannah Geraghty has been in the role of Personal Assistant to Antony Howard since joining Insight in 2010.
Suzannah has worked for a number of large organisations as an Executive PA, so she brings to Insight a wealth of expertise. As PA to Antony Howard, she is responsible for the organisation of his diary, communicating with clients and companies on Antony’s behalf, together with other general administration roles. With Antony’s role being so diverse within the company, likewise Suzannah has to accommodate her skills to match; helping Antony with the organisation it takes him to drive a company like Insight forward.

Kai Davey
PA Support To Executive Team
Kai Davey has been in the financial services industry for over 10 years and joined Insight in 2012. Kai is a highly qualified individual within the industry and has achieved the Diploma in Financial Planning, Certificate in Equity Release and Certificate in Mortgage Advice.
Kai is currently providing support to the Directors' Personal Assistants, Natalie Chambers and Suzannah Geraghty and ensures our Directors are able to deliver on all aspects of their roles. He ensures Jason's and Antony's clients have a first class experience when dealing with Insight. The service provided to these clients includes excellent communication; a high standard of reports along with a detailed account of client portfolio activities.

Daniel Appleton
Independent Financial Advisor
Daniel is based in our Norwich office but he also maintains clients down to the London region. He has been in financial services for over 12 years.
His areas of interest are: Investment and Retirement planning advice. His expertise encompasses: Investment and Retirement planning, Inheritance Tax Planning and Protection advice.
He is focused on providing goal-based financial planning with ongoing wealth management to help the growth and preservation of his clients’ assets.
