My wife and I have been with Insight for over 25 years. Our original adviser was Derek Howell. Derek was of immense help over the years with his advice and guidance regarding a number of times we needed pointing in the right direction. Derek became more of a friend than just a financial adviser and we were sorry to see him go. Philip Donelly took over our account when Derek retired and has been another reliable and extremely helpful replacement. I have recently had my annual review with my financial adviser Jonathan Poole and per usual, Jonathan was very patient and supportive. Jonathan always treats me with kindness and breaks everything down for me into manageable chunks. Jonathan never minds going over things that I need clarified or don't quite understand, and in addition to the professional portfolio document, our conversation was summarised in a very informative email, which I can relate to and link to my own notes.
