We’re delighted to share that six colleagues from Insight have been shortlisted across two respected financial services awards. It’s a lovely recognition of the care, skill and commitment our people bring to their work every day.
Four Insight colleagues shortlisted at the Women in Financial Advice Awards 2026
Four women from Insight have been named as finalists in the Professional Adviser Women in Financial Advice Awards 2026. The awards celebrate women across financial services who are making a positive difference to their clients, colleagues and profession. The winners will be announced at a gala ceremony at the Hilton London Bankside on 4 November 2026.
This year’s finalists are:
- Isabelle Howard, Performance Coach, shortlisted for Role Model of the Year
- Bridie Solferino, Independent Financial Adviser, shortlisted for Woman of the Year – Vulnerable Client Care
- Cara Roughani, SEND Protect, shortlisted for Woman of the Year – In-house Adviser Support
- Felicita (Fliss) Wallace, Independent Financial Adviser at Seymour Financial, shortlisted for Financial Adviser of the Year – Midlands & East Anglia
These nominations reflect the breadth of talent across Insight. SEND Protect is part of Insight and specialises in supporting families with SEND children and adults. Seymour Financial is a trading style of Insight and a valued part of the Insight team.
From helping colleagues develop, to supporting clients and championing people who may need extra care, each finalist brings Insight’s values to life in a practical and meaningful way.
The Women in Financial Advice Awards were created to recognise and celebrate women in a profession where female representation remains lower than it should be. They shine a spotlight on people who are making a difference and helping to inspire the next generation of talent.
At Insight, we create opportunities for women to build rewarding careers in financial advice, client support, leadership, operations and specialist services. 28% of Insight’s independent Financial Advisers are women. According to a Financial Conduct Authority survey 2025*, women account for around 18% of financial advisers and over half (51% ) of multi-adviser firms have no representation at all. Having four finalists shortlisted across several categories is a fantastic achievement and a real reflection of the female talent within Insight.
We wish Isabelle, Bridie, Cara and Fliss the very best of luck for the awards ceremony in November.
Aimee and Jack shortlisted for Young Administrator of the Year
We’re also proud to share that Aimee Calleja and Jack Campbell-Wallis from Insight’s Client Support team have both been shortlisted for Young Administrator of the Year at the Money Marketing Young Financial Planner Awards 2026. The awards will be presented during MMI London on 6 October 2026.
The Young Financial Planner Awards recognise people who are early in their careers and already making a strong contribution to their clients, colleagues and profession.
Aimee and Jack were shortlisted for their knowledge, dedication and the strong relationships they have built with both clients and advisers.
Aimee Calleja is known for her professional, client-first approach and her commitment to doing things well. She builds trust with clients while giving advisers and colleagues the support they need, making her a highly valued member of Insight.
Jack Campbell-Wallis is a dependable and proactive member of the Client Support team. His attention to detail, willingness to keep improving and commitment to supporting clients and advisers all reflect the standards we work to at Insight.
Being shortlisted for a national award is a brilliant achievement and reflects the hard work and care Aimee and Jack bring to their roles every day.
Celebrating success across Insight
Awards and recognition are rarely achieved by individuals alone. Behind every nomination is teamwork, encouragement and a shared focus on doing the right thing for clients.
To have six colleagues shortlisted across two respected industry awards is a wonderful achievement for Insight. It reflects the quality of our people and our ongoing commitment to developing talent, supporting professional growth and creating an environment where people can thrive.
We’re very proud of all our finalists and look forward to cheering them on when the winners are announced later this year.
